Rules and Policies


  1. Treat every single person with respect; a violation of this rule can result in termination.
  2. Handle the equipment with care. Avoid taking out anger or frustration on the equipment. Feel free to talk to someone about what might upset you and how to proceed moving forward.
  3. No food or drink is allowed in the gaming room (water is permitted but please keep it away from the equipment).
  4. No smoking is allowed in the game room.
  5. Only CCNY students can become club members. To enter the gaming room, you must have your CCNY ID and Cleared4 covid pass ready and up to date.
  6. To be considered a member, you must attend a minimum of 5 meetings per semester.
  7. Students can opt-in to run for a position annually.
  8. If equipment is not working as intended, please report to the scheduled manager of the gaming room at the time.
  9. There may be times when there are more people than computers available. If so, please be kind and let someone use a computer after your session is over. Around 50 minutes per person is fair in these cases.
  10. There may be club sessions where we have learning sessions regarding anything Esports-related. These will be announced and posted on our schedule. We encourage you to attend as a lot of work is put into these sessions to provide our members with comprehensive knowledge.
